Gentlemen,
Although we are insured by USSSA Softball we are still utilizing the ASA RULES and especially the ASA BAT RULES! There were many ASA bats made in the past that were banned by ASA. Non Sanctioned ASA bats that are on the ATTACHED document will NOT be able to be used in Marlboro Mens Softball.
Although these bats were all Stamped ASA at the time of production - It was deemed by ASA after several test that the performance of these bats is not suitable for ASA play. They have what is believed to be a little more POP in the bat. Anyone that uses these bats moving forward will be thrown out of the game and face a potential game suspension.
